New Challenge - 10 steps a day! September 2011

Just to add to today's list, not much, but i've had a stressful day:
1. Earned 500 points on Maximiles, not aiming for anything yet, but if I do around 300 points a day that;ll be about 7,000 points by the end of September
2. Moved my room around to give me more space and clear my head... The old layout frustrated me, this layout makes me feel miles better for some reason... Feng Shui much? haha
3. Hooked up my laptop to my TV so I could watch some films in bed tonight to chill out, with my new room layout its much easier to have my laptop at the end of my bed and have my wires all neat and tidy... wires irk me!
4. Spoke to the OH, made me feel slightly better... Wish I was seeing him this weekend

Joined a couple of new sites today... RewardTV, KingoLotto & PanelBase. Not sure if either of the first two will be worth it. More optimistic about PanelBase, though... £3 in my account already!
1. Crowdology - completed survey for 24p towards cash payment.
2. Clubhouse - completed survey for 1 point, worth £1 towards Amazon voucher.
3. Quidco - joined KingoLotto for 50p cashback (not tracked, though...)
4. RewardTV - completed surveys & played games for 48,300 points.
5. Swagbucks - daily poll, NOSO, searches & SBTV for total of 38 points (worth 22p towards Amazon voucher).
6. Completed a section on one of my websites. I decided to see if I can make a bit of cash from them, but need content first!
7. Joined PanelBase, credited with £3 on account creation.

Coinks codes - but they encompass mcvities, andrex, shloer, and other companies. Forget which as I really only collect mcvities and andrex. Unless I can womble codes.
that would be one way to go, keep cashing in the mccains vouchers, different paper ones and then sell them on ebay.
have to find a way to make cold hard cash each month, more than the £300 I aim for
the joys of living today.
Thanks for that Aesop
again
Are you having to give up your job then Aesop?
cold hard cash is my goal too cos i lost my job due to illness - was a bit of a shock to lose my income i must say
Will see if i can think of anything - do you know how much a month you need to increase target by?

yes I may have to give it up, but I currently use it to pay all the bills.
I need to make a £1000 each month  that is just to help pay the rent! and cover the bills.0 -
oh by the way Coinks are on Facebook and if you keep checking they sometimes give away free codes, limited number, so first come first get, but a good way to boost your points.
also they give coinks codes away in magazines, newspapers, so keep an eye out. I know they have been found in Tesco magazine.0 -

Ouch!!! That is a lot to try and cover!
Have you checked out if you might be entitled to any benefits? HB if you are on a low income etc? might be worth checking out.
The only thing i can think of at the minute that could potentially cover that kind of amount while working from home is a MLM type thing - Avon, Ann Summers, etc - i did earn a good income from building a team before i got unwell and there are a lot of companies to choose from (in my experience Kleeneze is not worth looking at but others can be good), but it depends on having time available to do that obviously.
Alternatively if you reduced hours rather than give up completely you might be able to get tax credits? It might be worth having a chat with an advisor in citizens advice before you make a final decision.
Sorry you probably have thought about these things already, i'm just trying to go through my thoughts to see whats lurking in there LOL! :rotfl:
One thing is for sure, surveys etc aren't going to cover that amount
I do hope you get something sorted out ok Aesop.....i'll be thinking about you! xx Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Well done Rosie! yes 10 can be quite a lot but don't forget any positive action counts
Swagbucks is a site i use a lot there are many ways to earn on it, surveys, videos, polls etc - i will send you a link and guide for earning on it via PM so you can have a look at it yourself - drop me a line if you have any questions. Earning emails are ones that are sent from certain sites and if you click on a link in the email you earn points or cash depending on the site - maximiles sends ones that earn 5 points each for example - i am registered with about 5 different sites that send earning emails so it all adds up!Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go
