Hole in my insole!

Hi,
I've a pair of boots which were purchased from Clarks earlier this year in the sales. I've not worn them much but a hole has appeared in the insole at the top, just under my heal (iykwim).
I can't put a complete new insole in as the boots are a snug fit as it is, but I also can't walk with this hole in them as its soooo painful! Also past experience of replacing an insole in a boot has proved unsuccessful as they just slip down!
I've looked around for a part heal insole but can't seem to find one, maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?
Can anyone help; I love the boots and don't want to buy a new pair for winter.
Thanks Posh x

I had a similar problem with a pair from another retailer. I took them back and they repaired them free of charge.
If Clarks won't cooperate I'd visit Timpsons or another shoe repairer and see if they could help.0 -
i'd email clarks-
recently i e-mailed them to ask if they sold their active air insoles separately as my trainers(which i've had over a year) could do with new ones.they said they don't, but sent me a free pair to help me out.
how lovely and unexpected these days.0
