    So is 2300 points £15 in Amazon vouchers. I've just got there and no email confirmation or any info about the reward. Not the best...

    This may not be it, but if you're sure you have enough points (excluding your pending points) and the button isn't there, just try a different browser (it didn't show for me in Opera & had to switch to Chrome).
