Can't format/insert smilies - errors on page!

I still can't insert smilies or format messages, can't press thanks and the 'error on page' message continues to come up. Apologies for bringing this up again. I've tried searching and have read of other people having this problem but can't find a solution that works for me. Enhanced setting is applied. Last week I resolved it by pressing F5 until the error message disappeared (and everything worked briefly!) but now, despite pressing F5 dozens and dozens of times the error is still there. Can anyone help me resolve this as it's putting me off coming to the site now. Pink Pixie
