Rough rate

Hi all,
I am expecting a call back from L&C today, after talking to a guy for 20 mins to request a remortgage rate.
I also have a meeting with a Mortgage Choice tomorrow to do the same.
Could anyone give me a rough idea of what to expect? What would be a typical reccomendation at the moment?
I am leaning towards variable.I am currently on a base rate tracker and started at 4.75%, gone up to just below 5 recently, I think.
Thanks.
Duncan

No one will be able to give you an answer as you have not posted any information on which to base a decision.
What are the figures involved? Are you aware that there is a strong possibility of rate rises this year - could you cope?
