We haven't found a specific property yet but all the flats we are viewing are Victorian properties which look like they have been flats for some years. We will find out when they were converted, but, judging from the decor in some, looks like some years ago!

Shouldn't be an issue then.
FYI New build flats are restricted on LTV so be aware of this.
