Hi - after some help/advice.
Having a "tea" for DD - 10 people attending (8 adults and 2 children)
Do you think this is enough:
Ham/Chicken Spread Cobs
Cheese cobs
Egg cobs
Potato Salad
Colesaw
Onion/sausage/pineapple/cheese cocktail sticks
Pizza
Carrot and Cucumber sticks & Dip
Home made banana Bread
Salad
Bread Sticks
Crisps
Sausage Rolls / Pork Pie
Birthday cake
(Ok, its REALLY not healthy i know this!)
DD is having her "main" party with friends on Sat. The above will simply be a "tea" at 6pm for family
Don't have LOADS of time for prep - Is there anything i might have missed?
Thanks in advance

No ice cream and jelly mentioned. Well, never mind the jelly but perhaps a couple or 3 tubs of different flavoured ices with assorted toppings like sprinkles, aerosol cream, fruit salad? (yes there is a healthy bit!!)Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

What about Scotch Eggs? And we always do olives though these aren't to everyone's tastes.
Nachos with melted cheese and salsa and home made pizzas are a must at any party type event in our house. Super cheap and easy to make!
Hope you all have a lovely time!0 -
Personally I would ditch the coleslaw/potato salad in favour of some cherry tomatoes and possibly bagged salad...basically as its really difficult to eat without a fork!
I may also be tempted to do a few tuna and mayo sandwiches/rolls instead of the spread ones...but again thats based more on personal taste...
Youve got a good mix of finger foods so I would leave it at that...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0
