It's actually not even the flights - they're awarding the prize in Airmiles and you can use them to go wherever you want.

From the T&Cs:Prize will be awarded in Miles (Airmiles) based on the equivalent value of two return flights at time of going to press. Winners that do not hold an AIRMILES account will have one opened for them.
As far as I'm aware, once the Airmiles are in your account, they can't ringfence them for a particular destination.
