Exact same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago I had ordered 9 boxes and they gave me 9 individual packs I also gave them back to the driver :mad:
I had also ordered other offers/glitches that were on at the time (Tesco finest cheese biscuits and the Special K mint choc bars) and they didn't send them or provide substitutions :mad: :mad:
I figured when they are picking the shopping if they notice the offer/glitch they just don't send you the items which is wrong as they were all showing online :mad: :mad: :mad:

I was lucky with my delivery this week as 4 of my 6 boxes were subsitituted with orange ones, my son is very pleased to be getting a change from blackcurrant lol

Only bought 3 packs as children completely fed up with them! Why only the pruple flavour i wonder??
