Cheap way of playing MP3 CDs

I have a recording in MP3 format, making copies for a couple of friends who don't have any players / dvd players that play MP3s.
What's the cheapest solution?
Converting the files into normal CDs would be a nightmare - we're talking about over 20 hours worth of recording.
The cheapest player I've found was in LXDirect. An alba one for £25.
But I know lxdirect aren't exactly cost cutters. And alba isn't the best make in the world.
Any suggestions? An MP3 player wouldn't be suitable really. It wouldn't get much use apart from this recording.
Thanks!

How about recording onto a video tape, just the audio of course. Not sure what the quality of your recording is but its worth a shot if its not too HiFi. You might even be able to use long play to cut down on tapes, and people are giving away old tapes these days.0
