The other good thing is you can take your ID info to the Brittania and they will certify it so you can open a Cashminder if you don't want to post things or live too far away from a Co-op bank.Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

It happened over 2 years ago, I've seen a few posters about saying you can now open Co-Op bank accounts at Britannia including a cashminder one it seems:

I guess it's worth a try as they are now linked. If Britannia can take ID for a new Co-Op account then theoretically they should be able to deal with change of name ID too. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

I only know cos a family member works for them. I've only seen the billboards recently about opening a Co-Op account at Britannia, so that part of it all is new.0
