Vicky Entwistle Exercise DVD (Janice Battersby from Corrie) £9.99 delivered HMV

If like me its January and you are looking for an exercise DVD this one is only £9.99 at HMV delivered. Other retailers charging between £12-£17. She gets on my nerves on the program but in the newspapers/magazines and my local radio her DVD beats all the other exercise DVDs out at present.

I truly belive that exercise videos are a waste of time. This is coming from a man that is in excess of 18 stone but still has a body mass index of underweight according to the calipers! (less than 7% body fat). As long as you are healthy, you are fit, regardless of body shape...

  • I was looking at the dvd chart yesterday and she is top for the fitness viedos. I have to say she wouldn't be my 1st choice of inspirational people but when I read the blurb on the back of the DVD in Tesco (at £12 odd) I rekoned it would be a good one to go for she seems down to earth and in no way condasending:-)

I think I'll give it ago - anyone know of any HMV codes ?

Debt free HOORAY !:T :A Years from now it won't matter what kind of car we drove, what kind of house we lived in, how much money we had in the bank, nor what our clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, we were important in the lives of our children.

friend on mine bought this last week & loved it. She said her voice can be annoying, but you get past that once you start enjoying the dvd. I ordered one from Tesco Jersey, hope i enjoy it as much as her

All the beverley callard (from corrie but don't watch it so can't remember her name) are really good especially for the beginner or anyone who hates those silly dance routine workouts....they've been out a few years now but would definately recommend and are cheap as chips at play.com at the moment
