Bought a new sofa 2 weeks ago its being delivered in 4- 6 weeks.

The price has gone down by £100,

Will they let me cancel my order and buy at new price?

Id give the store a ring where you bought it and say to them, look the sofa is gone down by £100, can you refund it back to me or I want a refund. What have you got to loose? You have a 50/50 chance. I doubt if the store would want to loose your sale. Get dialling and I hope it goes your way. Best of luck

I am going to go down there tomorrow, I got it on credit pay in a year and a day. I was just gutted cos I havnt even got the sofa yet!

i was concerned because on the back of my paperwork I got from them it says.

once you order goods from us, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach or our obligation to you.

well thats even better if you have n't paid yet. Please do let me know how you get on. At least if they do not budge you can cancel the order in person. Tell them if they dont drop the price you dont want it. Best of luck

Just stand your ground. Ask to speak to a manager. I cant see them wanting to loose the sale. January nobody has any money. Ring trading standards before you go to get some advice from them. And dont be afraid to quote what they say.

hi quick update. just been to store and the woman is going to get the manager to ring me saturday, I asked about canceling the order but she said that wasnt a option.
