I had a BW mortage...it was a variable rate for 2 years which was good but when that was over and it went to their standard rate that was a big difference. When i remortgaged i asked them if they could give me a better deal...but as has been mentioned before banks dont care about customer loyalty...its all about the money so i switched to HSBC who so far have been good.
One thing i noticed is that HSBC send me regular updates on balance outstanding etc and i can go online and check whereas with BW there was no such thing.0
