I still have a very tattered copy of "The Paupers Cookbook" and still make the bacon, potato and onion hotpot in the winter.We like the beef casserole from the "Programmed Eating" section too
Her obituary was in the Telegraph yesterday-she seems to have led an interesting life.
There was a Paupers Homemaking book too-I can remember following her instructions for making curtains0 -
