I have tried every way to enter my clubcard on the Favs page but no way to do it, I have tried in FF IE and chrome, I don't shop online but do shop in store

I have been in touch with Tesco, they sent me an email with instructions, use IE delete cookies and history, and use some settings they suggested, but still no banner showing in my favs. not good Tesco

I had a phone call from them on Friday to say I had won 10k points the equivalent of £100 in goods in the draw :j
