Requesting a copy of P60

I've been going through various bits of paperwork I have. I've managed to find most of payslips, however I don't appear to have a copy of my P60. I moved addresses just before the end of the last financial year and was a bit late updating my address.
Would I have to ask HMRC direct or go through my employer?

Your employer should provide a copy, or at least a statement of earnings on headed paper.Mortgage May 2012 - £129k
January 2015 - Mortgage down to £114k
Target for 2015 to get down to £105k0 -
What to do if you don't have the forms
Lost P60
If you've lost your P60 your employer can issue you with a duplicate. From the tax year 2010-11 onwards, your employer will no longer be required to show on the P60 that it is a ‘duplicate’.
Completing a P46 if you've lost your P45
If you've lost your P45, you won't be able to get a replacement. Your new employer may give you a form P46 to complete or ask you for relevant information to pass on to HMRC so that they can give you a tax code for your new employment.
