Arrrgh. As above. We get married in 6 days!! People have started to arrive from far away for the wedding and are staying in the city where the wedding will be, which is about 20 miles away from my town. I want to spend some time with these people as they've made an effort to come and see us, but at the same time, we have so much to do.
All the decorations, centrepieces, table plans, favours etc have to be at the hotel by Thursday. I'm working flat out during the day and can't get any time off, long lunchbreaks or early finishes until I start my holiday on Thursday. I get up at 6am to get to work and don't get home until at least 7pm.
I just feel like we have so much to do and so little time. How do we juggle it all without going totally mad?

rope in visitors to help lol! I was lucky in that i had a few days off before the wedding for my easter holiday but i did manage to rope in as many people as i could to help out with the bits and pieces i was finding i didn't have enough hours in the day to get done.
i'm sure people wouldn't mind and you still get time with all the people who are visiting

Definately get people to help! I'm a bit of a martyr & did everything for our wedding myself, however, on the day, I had to have help from my mum, sister & daughter, I just couldn't have done it all myself. With hindsight, I was lucky to have the week leading up to our wedding off work, but if I'd had to have worked, I'd have had to ask for help beforehand aswell.
I'm sure your guests will understand how busy you will be in the days leading up to your big day!
Good luck!! x:heartpuls dawnebabe :heartpuls0 -
Sorry to hear you are stressed Code. I can only suggest being honest with them and asking them to help- I am sure they will be happy to muck in. Have you thought about making a night of it? Get your friends round yours for some decoration making etc?:T0
