this is to remind you that you may have overlooked the payment due to us recently


what do they mean by this please help

Sounds like they haven't received your repayment this month.
What date does you standing order go out? what date is the payment due to iqor? did you agree a date of the month by which you would pay them?

Have you checked the standing order has gone out of your account? did it fall over the bank holiday sometime? in which case it would have taken a day longer than normal to reach them.

It probably hasn't reached them yet due to the bank holiday. It can take up to 5 working days for them to get the standing order and allocate it to your account.

Well I expect it will reach them in a couple of days or so. If they have a set date by which your payment should reach them then its possible they might try to add on a charge for late payment.

Is that all the text says? does it ask you to call them? or to make sure you make the payment if you haven't already?

to call them but i think i should wait see if they contact me cause was thinking cant be that bad if they didnt call

Have you checked your bank account to see that the payment has gone out? If it has, I wouldn't worry. It's usually a good idea to set up a standing order for a few days BEFORE the payment is actually due as they do take a few days to go through. It would be a shame to have markers on your credit file for late payment unnecessarily (not saying they will do this, but it could happen).
