1. THE PRIZE: GettingPersonal.co.uk (Promoter), in connection with Card Factory, is offering one entrant the chance to win a new 'Mini One' car in 'Chilli Red' (Prize) by participating in a prize draw (Prize Draw). The names and logos of Card Factory and the Promoter will be temporarily affixed to the Mini One for the purposes of the promotion for photographs and publicity when the Prize is presented.
2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 17 or over on 05.09.2011, except any employees of the Promoter and Card Factory and their families and any other companies and persons associated with the Prize Draw, the Promoter, Card Factory and their families.
3. The Prize Draw will open at 00.01 on 5th September 2011 and close at 24.00 on 8th October 2011. Entrants require access to the internet in order to participate in the Prize Draw.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the official entry form online at www.gettingpersonal.co.uk/cardfactory . Participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions by completing the Prize Draw entry form. No purchase is necessary but participants will be required to provide a unique code in the official entry form online. By entering the Prize Draw in accordance with these terms, each participant will receive 10% off their first order from the date of entering the Prize Draw with the Promoter.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be permitted.
6. Proof of uploading or completing an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify late, incomplete or multiple entries, or entries made by third parties or agents. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any lost entries, servers, systems or network failures, malfunctioning of or inaccessibility to the internet, unavailability of the website or incompatibility of any browsers used when attempting to enter the Prize Draw.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend the Prize Draw for legal or technical reasons without any liability. The Promoter will notify withdrawal, alteration or suspension of the Prize Draw by posting a notice to that effect on www.cardfactory.eu.com and www.gettingpersonal.co.uk/cardfactory as soon as reasonably possible.
9. The winning entrant will be the first name drawn at random from all valid entries on 15th November 2011, or earlier if the prize is available sooner by a software programme which produces verifiably random results, and notified by e-mail
10. The Promoter will notify the winner by email (using the address provided on the official entry form online) by 22nd November 2011.
11. The winner must claim the Prize by 6 December 2011. The Prize shall be claimed by the winner attending a location to be confirmed by the Promoter with proof of a valid driver's licence (either belonging to the winner or a person accompanying the winner to claim the Prize) and valid motor insurance in the name of the winner or the accompanying person in respect of the Prize. The winner shall be responsible for obtaining any fuel, tax and insurance required in order to claim the Prize. If the winner does not claim the Prize, or cannot be traced, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen.
12. The winners will be required to take part in or co-operate with any publicity (including photography) arranged by the Promoter and/or Card Factory. Refusal to do so will be considered a breach of the Prize Draw terms and conditions and will result in the withdrawal of the Prize.
13. Details (including the town and county of residence) of the winner of the Prize Draw will be posted on the Promoter's and Card Factory’s website and other promotional materials after the Prize Draw. The Promoter and Card Factory reserve the right to use the Prize Winner’s image and name in future promotional material.
14. The Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is subject to availability.
15. If the Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's and Card Factory's control, the Promoter and Card Factory reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter and Card Factory accept no responsibility for a damaged Prize.
16. This Prize Draw is operated under the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts. The Promoter and Card Factory do not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country and gives no assurances that prizes are lawful or appropriate in any other country and will have no liability for such.

Just went to my local Card Factory to purchase a birthday card for the other half and they didn't have a clue about this competition. Hopefully some of you will have more luck elsewhere....
