On the page for the previous competition there are T&Cs for a Twitter comp which says:
To enter the prize draw, participants must follow M&S on Twitter (http://twitter.com/marksandspencer). They must in turn re-tweet @Marksand Spencer #WardrobeClearout for the chance to win a £250 M&S voucher - 8 September event info & T&C's apply here
I don't do Twitter but hopefully if you do you'll be able to work out how to enter it!:)
