What costs come when remortgaging??

Hi i know you can get fee free remortgages but what other charges should we be paying?
ie solictors? land reg? etc

If its fee free, the the legal fees (solicitors) will be paid for vy the re-mortgage lender. Land registry, searches etc all come under the soliciotr and are taken care of if your scheme includes free legals
