Gametart.com ... Anyone used them before?

Someone kind and friendly pointed this site out to me earlier, it looks very good and cheap per month for rentals. There also offering a free 10 day trial.

Has anyone used them before, what are they like?

Yes I have. I certainly wouldn't use them again, I signed up for the free trial - to cancel you have to call an answerphone and as a result of their failure to cancel the subscription after calling twice they billed me for 1 month. I received a refund in the end but only after threatening a chargeback - looks as if its run from someone's backroom.

ive been using them for the last 12 months but just ended my subscription with them after being unhappy with their service for the last few months.i did not recieve a single game during december and they put it down to xmas post!! how pathetic!it seems to me that they only have a few copies of each game and you are lucky to get a new release 2 months after its actual release.

Thanks for the response, think ill leave it then. Is there any good sites like this where you can just lend games?
