Phillips 30GB MP3 Player £99.99

Hello all,

I am a real tech freak and so when my iPod died at the 18 month mark I knew it couldn't be fixed! So I had to look for a new MP3 player....Although I am not interested in this particular model this Phillips MP3 is pretty good and has medicore reviews all round with 'not-bad' reviews at Cnet. Argos seem to have it for £229 (http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10001&productId=556694 ) which is quite steep but Amazon have it for £99.99 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-HDD6320-Digital-Audio-Player/dp/B000BAABBC/sr=8-1/qid=1168459854/ref=sr_1_1/203-2655348-7795130?ie=UTF8&s=electronics) which is especially better as its certainly a great value alternative to an iPod. Its a great deal.

However you may choose too, like me, to wait for the Microsoft Zune The iPhone will be too expensive ( around £300).

Yipes that is a good price.I dont need another 1,i have a Sony NW-HD3 mp3 player,that holds 13,000 songs ,well 10.000 really.But for £99 for a mp3 player with 30GB ,thats good.

I had the earlier version of this model and it was excellent. I've had iPods, iRiver, and Sony top models and the Phillips sounded best and very easy to use. Looked good too. I would have had one one these as I dropped mine last week but just picked up the Creative video W which will read my CF cards for photo storage too.
