My case was very similar all paperwork sorted no assets & communication with receivers..I went the full term

Many do, and I had every expectation that mine would too.

I was very surprised when after many a bad year, someone actually did something nice for me, without asking. Even better when it was all within the rules.

The not friendly bit, well I took it that you were saying I was "silly" by the comment "although all this secret squirrel stuff is begining to get a little silly".

It's not something we are used to seeing on the forum but that's not to say it isn't real, just very, very unusual.

    looks like a wind up

I spend ages answering loads of quetions, to try and get on with people on this site, and that is the sort of reply I get.

Do you not think I know too much about the whole process to be that much of a wind up. You dont need to answer that one, clearly you do.

Also, bearing mind the personal anquish I have gone through, that if you were wrong, how bad that might make me feel.

    Highly supportive board this is.

i dont think this thread is helping anyone and should be left to lie as it is, be it a wind up or a genuinely unusual case (who would ever know for sure) it is not really relevent to the many usual questions we get on here and is unlikely to help anyone else. Be that as it is, the original question has been answered fully and so there is no point in carrying in the conversation
