I am a debt clich!

Defo. do a reclaim of this. Tell them you were hassled into taking it out.
As for the other debts. National debt line have helped my son. They pointed him to some template letters they use, told him what he needed to alter on them and that he should inform them that due to his financial position he will be paying each of them £1 each month.
Some of them (Moorcroft in particular) have yet to learn to read, so ignore any letters sent, and carry-on churning out drivel that states 'As you have yet to contact us to discuss payment plans....'.
You need to look at your SoA and work-out if £10 each month is do-able. If it is, then write to them informing them that is all they are going to get. Also, any spare cash can then go into the overdraft.
As long as you keep paying, then they will not risk Court as the Judge may end-up reducing the monthly amount you need to pay, and I doubt they would want to run that much of a risk.Never Knowingly Understood.

Thanks mate. I shall look into that.

You have no need to be scared of debts. Sabre-toothed elephants maybe, but never debts.
The worst thing a person can do is to ignore the letters and bury their head in the sand. Yes, companies want their money, but even they know situations can change. I worked for a major multinational for over 16 years and thought my job was pretty safe, then last year the plant was closed and relocated to France.
It took me almost a year to regain employment.
Luckily with my redundancy pay and an industrial injury pay-out I managed to survive (just). However, as you are finding-out, there is plenty of help out there and as you start using it, you will find the path to a debt-free life gets easier.Never Knowingly Understood.
