I joined in anticipation of getting a free billy bear and have had a lot of problems. I signed up, registered a card, and began playing. Thinking I'd done so quick enough to get a bear. Then half way through one of my games my account was suspended because I'd used a debit card and they couldn't confirm I was over 18. I had to send a photo of my drivers licence for them to reinstate my account. I did so and my account was reinstated. But the money I had put in was gone and there was no history of anything I had done.
