They do not help you when you call and they have now made me mentally ill.

    Is that really fair?

Presumably you knew their T&C's when you borrowed the money?
  • there terms and conditions did not state they would charge £100 per letter with the threat of doortep collector. The FOS have a complaint lodged by me, i assume Heathcote you are a payday lender
  • We know nothing of what happened to make you post your first posting.
Do you want to let on what has happened?
  • i took my third loan out with minicredit having paidd 2 back but was unable to pay this one back so its shot up from £600 to 1660 in 56 days with charges of £100 added 3 times for letters sent advising of non existent debt collector visits, They refuse to allow you to pay back in instalments and even if you did they are adding about £100 interest every week which the FOS now have a formal complaint lodged from me, these people are evil:mad::mad::mad:
  • Were the charges not in the contract you agreed to before borrowing money from them??
    Thinking critically since 1996....
  • no mention of the £100 debt collection charge and the contract is very patchy regards their charges , they cant even send out a proper default ntouce under the 1974 consumer credit act....these people are grade one scum and need their license revoked:mad::mad: I am not paying them anything back other than what i borrowed and will put a defence in at court against a company that are o low they can crawl under a snake
  • Unfortunately this is the nature of borrowing from a pay day loans company. Most of them really are just a shade lighter than a loan shark.
    Thinking critically since 1996....
  • these people operate from an Italian Restaraunt in Borough High Street London , i would like to see the Estonian Directors of this company brought to justice by the fraud squad:j

No I'm primarily an IT consultant.

Why couldn't you pay the loan back then?
