Got Mortgage offer but better rate now avaliable

Hi,
We have received our Mortgage offer from ING Direct for a 3 year fixed at 3.99% until 30/9/2014, was looking to sign and get it posted off today, however just checked and ING are now offering a 3 year fixed at 3.69% until 30/10/14. Everything else looks the same.
We have early repayment charges, on our current deal, until 31/10/11 so would not be taking the mortgage out until the start of November.
Will they be able to transfer our mortgage offer to this better rate??? without having to check our finances again (eg. wage slips, bank statements being sent, credit check etc).

Yeah was reading your thread. We've got no set up fee though. I don't want to start the whole process again but just wondered if they can transfer it over. Its not as if they haven't checked that we can afford it.0

Should be straightforward but may literally depend on who you speak to?
Probably cost me £195, but will be worth it....0 -
How did you get on with this? We are in exactly the same situation (same mortgage, same date of changeover). Will call ING but interested to see how you got on.
