We were with Napster for 4 months until August when we were 'locked out' by the system and therefore unable to use it again - 6 emails later (no other way to contact them) we cancelled our credit card standing order with them. We have heard nothing from them since. Their charge (9.99 pm) keeps coming through on mastercard each month - 5 months later - but is refunded as the credit card company is in dispute with napster.

I woulden't touch this with a bargepole - unfortunately - as they do have an excellent catologue of music.

I just got that email too with a different code, so that code may be just for you. Not really sure it can be classed as a win, it just seems like an offer, don't know whether to just delete it.

Be careful! I shared tracks on Napster with someone and downloaded a rotten Trojan Horse!

As my laptop was then tech, i couldn't canx trial early enough, so got charged the monthly subscription of £9.95!

Hope you are more careful than I!

Well my security stuff is upto date so should be ok then, and I signed up with PayPal, so should be able to cancel it from there, if I can't do it from Napster.
