Can't access my ebay

Ive had two customers today (before I saw this or the boards) both asking 'where is my item' and when I searched, neither came up as a buyer. Oh dear. I've asked them both if they used other usernames. Not professional, but at least i am in on a Sunday and can see there was a problem. Needless to say, have emailed back with the correct tracking info.

My sold item is still showing as active, but when I look at it it is definitely sold and paid for.

If I hadn't had my phone set to alert me, I would have no idea that it was sold untilI checked my email
