Same here, its affecting both buying\selling. Some people have listings ending this afternoon, thats really going to screw up the bidding, Ebay have remained tight lipped upto now over it.

Check their outage policy for credit compensation to those affected as a result.

There are still problems. The item I have sold is showing in Active listings, despite having been paid for.

It's not letting me do free listing anymore! It still says at the top that "Zero Insertion Fee during promo weekend, 2nd price tranche and above, limited to 100 listings". Grrr. My listing meets the requirements.

Seems to be working ok now, just listed another item and everything was back to normal. I kept getting my items had been removed message!

Logged in and out and started the listing again and it's fine now... seriously buggy eBay today!

Gone back down again so so annoying different error now SD011 ive tried everything to get it working again oh well time to go find something else to do

I am listing on and off on my private account (I'm supposed to be doing other more important things) and have had no issues at all. It seems the glitch is very localised.
