Ok so yesterday was BIG PAYDAY!!! and as off 10 mins ago we are now Wonga free WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!
We have paid pack all family members, and Wonga the mortgage is paid and now all weekly money that comes in dribs and drabs pays for everything else, Car and loan both getting paid on Monday.
And the best bit about today was jumping into asda for little Mr's nappies (usually 2 boxes for £20) today the box was on special at £5 each, so got 2 boxes because he's going through a wee growth spurt and if I bought anymore than that he'd no doubt be onto the next size after box 2! His formula was down from £9 to £6 so got him 3 tins of that which will actually last him until he's on big boy blue milk, and his rusk (I know your not meant to feed them these anymore but hey it done me no harm) was down from £2.50 to 50p for the double box so got him 3 of these, so basically little Mr's extra's as he's on big boy breakfasts, lunch and dinners cost me £29.50 for a stockpile for 6-8 weeks, not only that but hubby won £25 worth of asda vouchers at work sooooo all for £4.50! Go Gemma
Sat and went through all my cupboards and surprisingly we have hundreds of food in them and the freezer had to give my sister all my oven baked stuff though as my oven is broke but the grill hob and microwave are good enough, so went online to tesco's and got the entire weeks shop excluding only milk for £41.00 with a voucher for £6 off if you spend £40 or more wey hey.
I was really down during the week think ohhhhhh man this is my life for the next 18 months and nearly ruined it all by using some of my Wonga money to buy a new pushcair for Mr but the 1 he has at the mo will last him till after the new year and a blanket is just as warm a a cosytoes. It is actually rather fun. Hubby is even getting used to the no cash at work situation. I've now also came to realise am not gonna kill my kids if they eat value brands and a treat a week isn't the way, and also when my mum gives them their pocket money every month its not for stuff to play with.
Off now to watch Dr Who,Why worry about the little things, When you do the big things seem bigger :A0 -

Thanks Happy
All I really needed was a wee LBM and hubby followed suit 3 weeks later when I told him he could actually be debt free next nov before he's even 33, how many people can say that, as he works in a bank he has a total phobia about letting people know he's struggling but he actually said to some1 about how he couldnt go for pizza/drinks after work as I have taken control and getting us out of this mess (I know and he's the 1 working in the bank) and he was telling them about it and instead of feeling sorry for him (which was what he dreaded) they were actually really pleased and happy for him so I think that was his LBM, not only that but he's actually really good at his job and to go anywhere further in it he needs a fabby credit rating so thats what its all about really getting him onwards and upwardsWhy worry about the little things, When you do the big things seem bigger :A0
