With the always ultra offer, on £4 for 2 is it? Does the till accept vouchers based on the £4 or what it would be if you purchased 2 packs full price? In other words, does it work like the BOGOF offers?

BTW, what is the tesco healthy living club? We used the free voucher to join it today. Are there any benefits to it?

I joined back in January with the free voucher, and last week got my first mailing thanking me for joining and 2 x 100 points vouchers for:
£4 spend on Healthy Living branded foods (excluding milk) = 100 points and
£4 spend on fruit and veg = 100 points

Me thinks that was worth joining:j :j

Hiya Charleneuk I would say yes it would, it would take the total amount rather than the discounted value

I noticed yesterday that some of the perfumes and aftershaves had been reduced as they were being discontinued.

I picked up Burberry Weekend, the 30ml size, which had been reduced to £16. Now, I know this is only £14 in Boots, because I bought one as present (using points, of course, on Thursday.

I used a £2.50 H&B voucher, a £1.25 Quick Kt voucher, and a new £2 beauty voucher, so only paid £10.25. For some reason, the 50 points voucher was rejected. I probably could have used another £1 one as well.

I am off to Tescos shortly, as I have 2 x 50 points left, plus a couple of £2.50's and £1.00s. Oh well, the kids need a loaf of bread for the week and I suppose a few more deodorants would not go amiss.

Had a great shop just now, but can someone confirm if Sainsbury's vouchers work, even though they have specified dates to be used? I only ask because one of the £2.00 vouchers didn't go on my receipt and it was either the £2 beauty one, or the £2 sainsburys one which was due to start on the 25th onwards (SA said it worked?)

    Anyway, first transaction I purchased:

Original source body scrub x 2
    Sanex x 2
    Lynx shower gel x2

    Total after BOGOF: £6.33

    Used: 2 x £1.25 QK (toiletry) 1 x £1.25 QK beauty (wouldn't accept 2) 1 x £2.50 HB, 1 x £2.00 new HB = £8.25 Which gave me £1.92 off the rest of my shopping.

Also used Sainsbury's £2 off £20 spend to bring it down further.

    Second transaction:

    Always ultra £4 for 2
    Colgate x 2
Original source shower gel x 2

    Total after deals: £8.25

    Used: £2.00 New HB, £2.50 HB, 3x £1.25 QK (again, wouldn't accept 2 beauty)

Total: £8.25! I'm assuming the second Sainsbury's didn't work, as there is only 1 £2.00 voucher showing on my receipt, when there should have been two.

Very pleased with my shop today!

I realise that on the bogofs the till registers the original price hence we can get the goods for very little or nout! Does it work the same way with the "Buy 2 for XX.X"? Does the till register the original price or the price we actually pay.

    Thanks x

Just been and used the last of my H&B coupons. Had a headache and didn't really want to go but we were about half an hour from home and decided may as well then I could also get some paracetamol :D

Anyway, needed other shopping as well and had 5 £1 H&B coupons left so decided to spend around £20 on toiletries to use all of those plus any others I'd got. By the time I got to the checkout my head was pounding so lobbed everything onto the belt and when it came to pay just gave the man all the coupons that were in my purse for him to sort

He quite happily scanned away unless one bleeped so it was one of the best shops I'd had! Till accepted 2x £2.50 and 5x £1 H&B, 4x £1.25 toiletries and 1 x £1.25 beauty (had bought some tampons and pantliners that only class as toiletry not beauty). He also scanned 3 of the £4 daily mail coupons :j and some random coupons (haven't a clue what they were lol).

Exit one very happy bunny (the daily mail coupons had been refused in my local Tesco so I thought I wasn't going to be able to use them and what a good job I'd only got 3 of the blasted things!). Total came down from £57.xx to £18.xx. Now I can avoid Tesco for a while so I don't get sick of the sight of it. Although I do still have a couple of quit kit coupons to use ........
