Hi, Does anyone have a contact number for Equifax? I have been waiting for 4weeks for my credit report. I sent a £2 postal order to Equifax, Call credit and Experian and received the other two reports after new year but nothing from Equifax. I searched their website but the only way to get their phone number is by making a purchase and getting 'free' membership and I don't see why I should fork out any more money. I just want to chase them up for my report and would rather just speak to someone.
Thanks in anticipation!

Hi, not too sure about equifax, but if you go to annualcreditreport.co.uk and register yourself, you will be able to get your report free on the net. You will recieve a security number via email and they will send you a seperate code through 2nd class post. once you have both these codes, you will be able to get your report.0

Thanks for that.

I'm still miffed at Equifax, that's £2 I'll not see again. ::(
A friend passed on their 'helpdesk' number but it's just automated and you can't speak to a human. I'll shall write to them, though.

Annual credit report uses data from Call credit Ltd:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
Cheers FW. That's the number I tried today but I can't seem to reach a human. I'll try more of their options and see if I have better luck....more of my money going into their pockets....:mad:
I'll register with that free website as well.
