Paid reviews?

I love reading and I love writing. I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that pays you to write book reviews?

I've read so many books and still have so many to read that I could probably earn a good amount if I found somewhere lol.

  • I've signed up and written my first reviews. You get 100 miles per review and need to have 50,000 miles before you can convert to cash... I need to write 500 reviews before I can convert to cash - there's another marker to go in my sig!

On dooyoo you get miles for reads too. Don't forget that dooyoo is also a community and you won't get far if you just post reviews, you need to read and rate other peoples too.
  • dooyoo is a scam - I opened an account, got to £30 and they closed it without warning. I emailed them and they ignored me. My reviews were far better than most others on the site, and all by the rules!

My husband opened an account, got to £23 and they did the same.... so I told my sister to join. Low and behold, they soon did the same...

all reviews were 600 words + of quality info, no padding or cheating... dooyoo just don't wanna pay.
  • I've been reading and rating other reviews on there too. It's a give it a go site - at the end of the day if I get nothing from it I'll have still practiced my writing skills :)

There are plenty of regular members on dooyoo - including me - who have used the site long term, written reviews and never had a problem - if reviews are genuine, in good english and have at least 150 words of opinion dooyoo will pay for them - they don't pay as much as they used to, but they still pay. If one of your reviews gets a crown it's an extra £1.50 - dooyoo award crowns to excellent reviews. I've always found the dooyoo team good at replying to emails and quick at sending out amazon vouchers.

OP if you like books it's worth crossposting onto amazon, you don't get paid but if you get onto the amazon vine programme you get free books.
