OP, I have only been to one interview where the interviewer was asking me similar questions and I just told him, If I was unable to do the job I wouldn't have applied for it.

I got the job and the interviewer ended up being my manager.

It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun
