Simple mp3 player?

I wonder if anyone can suggest a decent MP3 player with the following features:
All suggestions welcome - thank you for reading!
- No video, camera, etc - just want the music
- Effective shuffle (the old one I've got repeats the same sequence of a few tracks - which does get kind of boring)
- Facility for creating my own folders - i.e. being able to drag& drop replicating what I have on my PC, rather than some complicated scheme of artists, genres, etc, which has no meaning for me
