    the together fixed rate mortgages (secured mortgage and unsecured loan) are going up by 0.2 as of monday, and fees are also increasing!

    Elskinto where in Scotland do you live?

    I live in Glasgow and there are decent flat under that price?

    Just worried negative equity and the way interest rates are rising you would need to be very careful
    Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?
