Ask them for a copy of the contract you signed, dont pay anything until you get one.
You may not actually owe them anything, they may owe YOU !

They said bailiffs will call at my house but I live with my parents in a council house and we have a law over here that they cant touch us

Are you in the channel island or Ireland etc where they have different court systems?
If so, purely on the court side, you should probably get advice from the local advice services.

Come back when you have it, I have a slight feeling they may shut and go away when you ask for it.
Dont forget to WRITE asking for it and say that your solicitor wants to have it read and needs a copy.
