no such thing i'm afraid. I have a very deep scratch on my glass table, and searched everywhere for something to polish it out. i've even tried calling windscreen repair companies, with no joy. one day i'll get round to claiming on the insurance for accidental damage....
  • It depends how deep the scratches are. If they are quite shallow you may be able to minimise them using brasso on a soft cloth. My dad used to do this to get scratches off watch faces. I'd try it in a small area to test it first though. Good luck.

Hubby has - are you going to suggest putting some sort of polisher on it? If so what would I (sorry, he) use?

I used 'Pearl Drops' (toothpaste) on toughened glass doors and it worked for me - although quite hard graft.

I use Jeweller's Rouge to polish out scratches in glass. You can find it on the internet. You will also need one of these Rotary toolkits currently £9.99 at Netto (or one similar). You can polish the scratch out with jeweller's rouge and the tool with the felt pad tip. You MUST wear protective goggles.

Does anyone know where I can buy a product to remove scratches from glass?

I bought a funky coffee table and a lamp table a few months ago and they cost the earth. When I cleaned them today I noticed some scratches which I am praying will be able to be removed.

Have you tried T-Cut Car Polish or Auto-Glim? I have known people to use this before. I know a friend used cigarette ash + water (like a paste) to remove heavy coffee stains on a table - don't know if it works on glass. Failing that toothpaste and very fine glass paper.

Also recommended to use a circular motion.
