Worked in Ayles**ry a little while ago. Sorry, not jelly or custard related but maybe of interest to someone in my local Boots today they had lots of the cards with the Gillette Fusion power razor with 6 +1 blades reduced to £5 (The card says worth £33.97 save £13.97 now £20) . There was a label saying the razor + 8 blades was £6.25 but the shelf was bare . The price was on the SEL not a sticker and not in the reduced section.

Went back and did the custard run!

My son and I just got 48 cartons of normal and chocolate custard. Threw in a packet of 50p jacket potatoes to distract from the minus amount. Very pleased. Jelly, custard & rice pudding!! Just need a spare cupboard now!!

Niine year old wants to go back again but I've had enough now!! :rotfl:

Just got back from a very successful trip to Tesco.
Bought 9 pots to start with to make sure it was working, then went back in and got 36 pots of jelly and 36 pots of custard. filled up the boot and sent Hubby in to get some more pots.
He returned with another 108 pots of custard. The girl on the SS till put them all through as bulk and said you're the second person to buy a lot of these! the lady before was for a party, his reply was I just love custard!!
She then said 'did that just say £2.23 to pay'?. He bought some crisps aswell. thankfully someone called her over to assist them, so needless to say hubby paid quickly and left the shop!

I thought we did well, until I just saw the photo above!!:rotfl:
