Tickles terms changed after purchase

Hi
Please help I am livid!! Bought 3 tickets to the Norwich SPectacular for this weekend. It clearly stated at the time overnight camping included.
The car is loaded up ready to leave first thing and I have recieved an email from Tickles just letting me know that camping is NOT included and I have 3 day tickets for Saturday and Sunday.

The fact that they have emailed at the 11th hour implies that they are well aware that their terms arent what was originally offered.

THeir helpline is closed for the weekend and no reply to my email.

Any ideas guys?? :eek:
