Anyone else received a Sanctuary Hamper

I received a lovely big package of goodies just before Christmas from the Sanctuary (spa place), just saying 'Best Wishes from Suzanne'. Very nice but...where did it come from (i know The sanctuary/Suzanne but why...). Must have been something i do on here/because of here, like Quidco or yougov or something. Anyone else had one?
