8 Claiming Prize
An email containing a prize letter will be sent to confirm the prize. A prize may not be exchanged for any other prizes or services for equal or lesser value or for cash. The prize is non-transferable. No frequent flyer Miles will be credited for the prize flights. Please note the following relating to the prize tickets:
(i) Each pair of tickets must be used together
(ii) Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the airport.
(iii) Winners must reside in the UK and depart from one of KLM’s UK departure airports. KLM reserves the right to request written proof of residency and the age of any winner before the prize is despatched.
KLM reserves the right, due to acts of nature or reasons beyond their control, to change the type of prize in the course of the prize draw or to replace the prize with a different prize of equal value. Under no circumstances shall this alternative lead to replacement or refund.
