I was in Tesco Ely earlier, and they had a number of sweets with 75% off, bizarrely to the left of where the foil/freezer bags are. I bought strawberry millions for 22p (89p normally), blackcurrant chewits 9p and large stripes sweets for 2p each. Some had a November date on, others had next year on.0

I'm just back from shopping and nabbed some bargains:
Tesco frozen bbq stuff being sold off in the end freezer:
pork rib racks (2 in pack) @ £1.25 a pack - I got 2 of those
bbq flavour chicken drumsticks (5 in pack) @ 50p - I got 3 of those
turkey steaks with lemon + pepper (4 in pack) @ 50p - I got 3 of those.
So I've got at least 17 meal portions for £5.50 -not bad
(and if feeding smaller children that would be 35 portions).
I never bbq anyway, this will go in the oven as normal.Debt Free 🍾 since 6.8.13 £31,997Saving for 🎄 🎁 2025 £770/£730 105%6 mth 🆘 fund £6kMortgage offset fund £24.7k/£36.5k 67.7%It turns out the answer to my problems wasn’t at the bottom of this tub of ice-cream, 🍨 but the important thing is that I tried...0 -

I cant find the right one on the website now but in store I found a double duvet set which is white background with a sort of leaf pattern going down the middle in green, purple and dark blue (they are like outlines of leaves) very nice- i was tempted when it first came into store as it is also 100% cotton which is hard to find at a decent price! Anyway, in one store i went in the label said £6 but in the next one they still had the full price SEL up for £25 so you may not spot it otherwise! just give it a test scan
Car Boot Queen!!
Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!0 -
Bought this today. SEL said was £1.29, clearance price 32p. Not planning on opening it until Xmas. Dated:use by May 2015. Its in a cube shaped jar. Ideal for someone making up hampers0

There is a nip + fab set called 10 years younger with eye mask , no needle fix, frown fix, wrinkle fix and something else in. All slightly smaller than normal size. Shows online at £15.95 but was £5.31 in my local store. There was no shelf edge ticket but I checked as was using scan and shop. Even though they are slightly smaller the no needle fix alone would be worth about £10
There were other beauty sets (dove, Nivea) with no sel but did not have time to check them0 -
Found these in T£SCO in Wrexham. iPieces games, Ludo, Snakes & Ladders, Air Hockey, Peppa Pig and Fireman Sam. Reduced from £10 to £2.50. Look pretty cool. You download an app to your tablet and can then use the pieces to play.I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!0
