I got Lego Creator pods - were £4.99, now £1.25. Disney Cars were £4.97, now £1.25. Star Wars figures were £8.97, now £2.00. Bic Tropicolors set of 12 colour pencils were £3.50, now 37p. Great stocking fillers!

Pack of 2 fresh Naan bread (plain & coriander) in the ready made meals aisle have been 25p in our local extra, not sure if countrywide. They freeze well

I went to my extra store today and they had bars of Tesco Finest Chocolate reduced on the shelf.

They had 100g bars of Dominican Republic 30% Milk Chocolate with Salted English Butterscotch Pieces priced on the shelf at £1.50 BOGOF, when I scanned it,it went through at 75p a bar and BOGOF so 37.5p a bar :j

These were all on their normal shelf in the toiletries section. some were sold out so I've just copied down the prices, but I got 20 shampoo, 1 dry shampoo, 4 toothbrushes, 1 mouthwash, 8 sanihands,15 babywipes, 16 toothpaste. Just bought what I wanted left loads.

I actually went looking for the chocolate in the above post. Didn't find any but they did have other chocs at half price eg Finest Peruvian milk choc 75p, lindt little bars box £7 to £3.50, little miss sunshine £3 to £1.50, finest coconut choc 92p + some others half price RTC as opposed to an offer

Just grabbed my son a Marvel Avengers single duvet set from Tesco. Was £14, marked down to £7.50, went through till at £3.50.

This was from Tesco extra, Newport (Cardiff RD), on a clearance section of bedding. Some other lovely plain white double duvet sets half price too.

Here is a pic, still showing online as £14.

Bargain for any avengers lovers.

Thanks for this post I've just managed to pick up 2 for mas pressies and I noticed that SEL is £14 of the 20 odd sets on the self most scanned at £14 then I checked bar codes the ones that come up at £3.50 are

Also tins of Heinz special edition cream of chicken soup with a hint of white wine 400g for 21p SEL showed reduction to 42p so it had been halved again

I went in to my local tesco today and spotted planes die cast toys without a price price check came back as £1.75! These are the same ones that are in argos for £6.99 each, better than the 3 for 2 I got four of them for £7 awesome value plus brought 2 jigsaw puzzles for 50p each, they had minnie, Disney princess and cars too hope this helps! Which jigsaws were they? And were they marked at 50p? I'm going to hunt some out tomorrow as they'll make great stocking fillers. Thank you
