    Tesco frozen garlic and herb chicken breast joint 560g RTC on the SEL 88p from about £3.50. Of course none to be seen, but lo I found one concealed at the back behind the stuff next to it BBE Feb 2016, so probably been there a while. Worth scanning for price if not shown RTC.


    EDIT : I cooked it, it was delicious, much better than expected.
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

    Yesterday in Stevenage found Tesco Bio liquid "Ambience" 630ml (21 washes) half price @ £1. Appears to be end of range- not listed on website.
    Not sure it was a "mega bargain"...... but a good enough deal!!
    Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

    In Tesco Extra at Dudley they've got a Barbara Daly gift set for £4.95 which contains:
    Dream shine highlighter 7ml retails at £7.99
    Looong laaaaash black mascara 7ml retails at £5.99
    Nail polish - Red Alert retails at £3.99
    face Lift moisturiser 15ml - seems to be discontinued now

    That had loads of these on the shelf with a white price label so it doesn't state what they're reduced from. I'd guess £20 or more, given the individual prices.

    Packaged in a box with a black ribbon handle and silver ribbon trim, so not obviously 'Christmassy'. I'll go back for another couple later today.

    If you are keen on this kind of thing, this size jar can be found at Sainsbo's for the princely sum of 10p.

    In Mr T today all their own brand ink cartridges are £1.75 or £2.00, looks as if they are giving them up,normally at least £10 each

    6 bottles of sparkling water for 38p or 2 for £2!!!! (I got the cashier to check that I wasn't gonna be charged the £2 when buying 2 lots!)
