I reckon you could make 2 orders up there,so you get 2 sets of the gifts, maybe try one with the primer and something else cheap, and then with the hemp foot stuff & shea body butter, as you can make a order up and get it to go through for around £10ish including the freebies :j

Got the hemp and shea body butter to work With 3 free gifts being eyeliner, mascara and radience mix - ordered £13.75

Tried everything with the primer but would only work if i put in something in the shea range over £5 with love your body card - i put in the shower gel and lip butter - both products i love and got the free gift that comes with that and same 3 other things for free £18something :T

Thank you for your help

    Squeeeeeee!

I got it to work (plus quidco at 8%, I know TCB is 12% but the site confuses me) Here's my basket...

    Carbon Eye Definer Black - 1g £9.00 £0.00 £0.00
    Big & Curvy Waterproof Mascara Black - 10ml £10.00 £0.00 £0.00
    Vitamin C Radiance Mix 10ml £13.00 £0.00 £0.00
    Natural Lip Roll On - Coconut 10ml £4.00 £4.00
    White Head Band £3.50 £3.50
Rainforest Moisture Hair Butter £3.00 £3.00
Double Ended Blackhead Remover £3.00 £3.00
    Rainforest Moisture Shampoo 60ml £2.00 £2.00
    Love Your Body™ Card £5.00 £5.00
    100ml 1 £10.00 free gift £0.00

    Standard Delivery £0.00
    sub total: £20.50
    discount: £4.65
    spacer.gif
    Total:
    £15.85

I would never spend £10 on a mascara, or £9 on an eye liner but having them 'free' is a great way of getting a little luxury in my life without breaking the bank. Plus I wanted to try out the vitamin c thing too. I'm also hoping the new lip roll-on will help my horribly dry and chapped lips during winter (which, sadly, is coming round fast); and I'm going in to hospital soon where I will be in the hydrotherapy pool every day so will be taking the hair butter with me.

I never order the body shop unless it's on sale/glitch now, thanks to MSE :rotfl: :T

    hi guys
Im a body shop online virgin. One of my best friends loves body shop items. Id like to get her some body butter maybe 2 of those and shes blonde so do they do shampoos for blonde buy dyed hair? how would I get the glitch to work? would it alos be worth me purchasing on the the discount cards? I like the coconut range myself
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Nara

I'm pretty new myself and just managed to work this out!

    Hopefully the following will help:
    1. First, go to this page: https://secure.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/content/gwp/gwp.aspx and add to your basket the free items you want. You need three from this page. Ignore how they are grouped, you can mix and match/have multiples of the same as you want, you will just need to look them up and add to basket seperatly. Bare in mind, the greater their total value the less you will have to spend overall.
    2. Once added, check your basket to see how much they come to. Subtract this amount from £52, and this will give you the minimum amount you have to add to your basket for them to become free gifts. Eg. £52 - £39 (Spritz x 3) = £13
    3. Add other items to make up (or go beyond) this amount. This should then alter the free gifts to zero cost.
    4. On the basket page then apply the disount code shown in this thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=46538507&postcount=455 to take down the total cost further.
So no need to add a LoveYourBody card. But in your case it depends on whether you want specific free gifts or want to spend the least amount possible. Either way, as long as you have the items shown in point one you can add anything else, such as shampoo, body butter etc.

    Hope that helps :)

they tend to group items as 1, so say you ordered 3 of the vit c mix, they class that as 1, really not sure why they do that, it's confusing ! I'm sure your order will be fine :)

They dont do shampoos for blondes but their range is very good, if it's dyed, i think she would find this good,
    http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/catalog/product.aspx?ParentCatCode=C_Hair&CatCode=C_Hair_Shampoo&prdcode=85000m

also many rave about this, though never used it myself,

if you add a couple of the Shea body butter's ( 50% off ) and some shampoo's, add the gifts you want they should come up free, then one of the discount codes , im not sure which are currently working, if your new to their site, sign up for the newsletter and they send you a code WELCOME it gives you 25% off :)

I bought the banana shampoo and conditioner for my kids - not being particularly keen on the smell of bananas myself but I must say I really like it!
  • Thank OP for this I have managed to get 5 Xmas pressies and quite a lot of stuff for me that I only normally buy when it's on special offer for the grand total of £56.70 over 4 orders with TCB as well.
