1000 Points on Tesco Total Baby Spend ! .....

Sorry for posting this as a seperate thread .... a little self-indulgent I know ... but hopefully it may help somebody else too ...
I have several Tesco points coupons on Nappies & Wipes etc ... I wanted to combine them to my best advantage with a 1000 points on £40 Baby Essentials Spend ....
As ever I want to spend as little as possible and gain maximum points ...
... So I was wondering if the points are triggered by spend before BOGOF/Save offers or after ... 
... I know that many of the current coupons for money off are triggered at total before these offers and I wondered if points were the same ...

I'm pretty sure that the points are triggered before the bogof kicks in.
Why not join up to PTS, there are lots of helpful Tesco points collectors there who will know the answer plus you'll find out almost every possible way of boosting your clubcard points
